About
A gallery built
on conversation.
I have spent my life learning how to look. The gallery is simply what happens when I am lucky enough to share what I see.
Linda Charlotte McColl founded the gallery in 2014, following fifteen years at auction houses and curatorial residencies in London, Berlin and São Paulo. What began as a single room above the Boulevard Saint-Germain has grown into a programme representing twelve artists across four continents.
The gallery's voice is quiet by design. Exhibitions rotate slowly — four a year, never more — so that each work is given the attention it asks for. Linda personally meets with every collector. There are no waiting lists, no allocations: only conversations about what a particular work might become in a particular life.
The programme
We represent painters, sculptors, photographers and mixed-media artists whose practice rewards long looking. New voices are introduced once a year through the Spring Selection; the rest of the calendar is dedicated to the artists already in our care.
Acquisitions & advisory
Beyond gallery sales, Linda advises a small number of private collections in Europe and North America. Engagements are by referral and begin, always, with a studio visit and a long conversation.
